Sr. Loss Prevention Manager/Assistant Director
Position Description
This position is responsible for contributing to the development of the company’s shrinkage reduction efforts in the field.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Loss Prevention methodologies and efforts in stores
- Build, develop and manage the Loss Prevention team
- Establish strong relationships throughout the entire organization
- Maintain expense controls to achieve the company's financial objectives
- Maintain an acceptable shrinkage level in a professional and cost effective manner
- Improve the organization's profit while minimizing their legal exposures
- Work with the Distribution and Corporate Support teams to control shrinkage
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years loss prevention experience
- 3-5 years in a multi-store environment
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage people in a fast paced and changing environment
- Proven history of successful shrinkage reduction efforts
- Thorough understanding of retail operations, inventory control and reconciliation, current technological applications, organizational management, and budget administration
